Having extensive experience in renting various classes of hotels, I can say that this hotel exceeded all expectations!!! Thanks to our experienced team of professionals (chef Ahesan Mobin Aidana Christine's Umesh, Fayaz, Shameer, Sumith, Zafir) for this. 
Now point by point: 1) Hotel location. The hotel is located in the Marina area. You can walk to the sea in the shadow of skyscrapers, which is very convenient. In the evening you can take a walk along the marina embankment where there are many different cafes and playgrounds. You can also rent a scooter there and have a blast. 2) Cleanliness in the room! 
Trust my experience in hotel rentals around the world. It's very CLEAN 10 out of 10! You will not find any hair on the floor or bed linen. The room is quiet. Great view of the marina, thick doors and good sound insulation. 3) Amenities in the room. We stayed in room 2305 on the 23rd floor. It was a premium room with 1 bedroom, kitchen and living room. The kitchen has everything for cooking. You may also need a washing machine, which is also present in the kitchen. The staff even took care of the washing powder. 4) Breakfasts. There is absolutely everything you could want. The chef is a very friendly person. He will offer you any dish that is not in the buffet. 5) In the evening you can go to the restaurant; children are offered free food from the buffet.
6) Security deposit. Be prepared that a security deposit will be charged upon check-in as a consequence of the good condition of the rooms. The deposit can be made in cash or paid by card. The deposit can be returned to the card within 15 days. We paid 700 dirhams in cash and received it back upon check out. Here we felt at home. Thank you very much! See you again!

This was one of the best trips I had in Dubai. The flat is located on the 35th floor at the Paramount Hotel Midtown with amazing views on Burj Khalifa from the balcony and Burj Al Arab / Sea from the living room. The flat is privately-owned and is managed separately. It has its own kitchen. The personal managing the property are very respectful and responsive. The infinity pool on the top floor of the hotel is mind-blowing. I can't wait to go back there again .

    La habitació cómoda i confortable, l'esmorçar en buffet, dolços i pa de motlle fets per ells , la piscina i tumbones, la decoració del hotel molt moderna i amb gust. Per anar al tren, tenen un bus que et porta i es gratuit. Tenen altres llocs com la platja i centre comercial que et porten. Això es important, perquè no tens que desplaçar-te en taxi o a peu.
