Breakfast at the Family Affair features sweet and savoury food, with local specialities such as Sicilian cheese, honey and fresh fruit. Everything, except it could have been closer to the old city for sightseeing. Nevertheless convenient to upscale shops and many good restaurants. Parking very close to the hotel, is a bonus.

At the accommodation the rooms include air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. A lovely stay in the centre of Catania. It's absolutely worth the money. I would definitely recommend it. Kala Rooms, a guest house, is a property located in Palermo. This guest house has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom. The property is 1.3 km from Palermo Cathedral and 1.7 km from Palazzo dei Normanni. it was beautifully designed and the beds were amazing !

Good internet connection, all necessary amenities in the room, bathroom clean and good shower, Piero himself is very attentive. I had had difficulty opening the door below as the building is quite old and Piero informed me instantly of how to open it (word to the wise: you have to twist well as the lock is old).
