The hotel was great. Is more of a building apartment than hotel but it was great. The owner was sweet and helpful. Got a glass of homemade wine. The room was clean and comfortable. A bit outdated but the goal was just to sleep there so it was good.

We visited early in the season and it was perfect for us.
We visited early in the season and it was perfect for us. Quiet and relaxing. Still lots of bars restaurants and shops open. Loved nesebar old town. Will definitely go back. Our accomodations was very good. Would recommend staying there. Very clean. Close to the beach and proximity to restaurants excellent.
My only issue was the amount of dog poop every where. Which let the overall cleanliness of the resort down.
Overall though we really enjoyed it.

A special place in Bulgaria where you may not feel like you are in Bulgaria. A very beautiful and unique village - it is worth staying longer, not just coming for half a day. I especially recommend doing it in the off-season - October or May.

City is nice, especially the old city!
City is nice, especially the old city! Lots of history, lots of artefacts, lots of icecream (watchout when ordering and paying) and lots of places that make one wishes to come back!
We liked it a lot!
The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel has the right size to make you feel homie. Our room and the rest of the hotel were super clean. We were in a double junior suite, with great and comfortable beads and sea view. The hotel is located between a small family beach with an open gym(calisthenics) and a second bigger naturist beach, both accessible on foot. For us was perfect to relax and practice some sports. The restaurant has a huge selection, including Bulgarian specialties. I definitely recommend it.
Food is good and choice is diverse. Pool is clean and large, but all the sunbeds are occupied unless you drop your towel at 6am. Stuff is actually friendly and helpful, trying to solve your problem if you have one - this is a rare thing in Bulgaria. This is probably standard (I am first time in all-inclusive), but cocktails are easy and fast to get, no hussle like in crowded bars, even if there's a queue, it will be fast moving. Good SPA (we used a couple procedues and were quite happy).
Good location, in the hearth of old town. Friendly waiters, clean room. The old city itself worth to be visited for a few days, very nice sceneries, beautiful old Bulgarian architecture, very interesting ancient and medieval traces of Trakian civilisation (although surprisingly accessible for a site which should be carefully preserved), good place for souvenir lovers, good traditional Bulgarian food
We loved the excellent breakfast buffet that was constantly replenished; very good, fast and unobtrusive room service; the beds had the best mattresses so far on our two week road trip through Bulgaria. And it seemed we got a free room upgrade from patial see view to sea view, because the view was fantastic (we travelled at the beginning of the summer season end of May)!
The hotel was as described! very clean, with very nice staff, right next to the beach, great breakfast and not crowded. There was paid parking (8 leva per day) 1 min away from the hotel, it was not guarded, but seemed safe. A lot of families with kids, but the rooms were soundproof. We had a great time there, really enjoyed our time in Bulgaria
The hotel is located 3-400 meters from the entrance in the old Nesebar and there is also a parking 200 meters from the hotel, costing 8 leva for 4 to 24 hours. The room is OK, the hotel is located on a side street so no much noise. The breakfast is not exceptional and is served near the pool. The bed is round and very confortable.
Large room, comfortable beds, very clean. The hotel is great for a family holiday. It offers everything you would expect from an all inclusive hotel and more. The food is restaurant quality. Best entertainment team we have seen in a Bulgarian resort. Very large and clean swimming pool, great aqua park with various slides.
Awesome location of hotel in Old Town Nessebar. Walkable to all the sights, but close enough from Old Town bus station (make sure you take the bus that will drop you at Old Town stop when taking bus from Burgas). Very clean room with all the facilities of a small modern hotel. Friendly staff at reception.
The apartment had everything you needed and more. Thoughtful touches made it a wonderful stay. Clean and newly renovated and a short distance to the old town. The owners helped with any questions I had which made our stay more relaxed as first time in Bulgaria. It was a pleasure to stay here.
The hotel seems to have been renovated. Everything was brand new. Private parking available for free. Balcony, kettle, small fridge. 8 minutes on foot to city center. Cozy and super comfortable. Best choice I made during my trip to Bulgaria. A+++
I liked the location in old Nesebar. It is 3 - 5 minutes from the beach, from some amazing cute restorants and adorable cafes. The staff is polite and very nice. The apartment was clean and cozy. Would come again with my family for sure.
Excellent location, nice see view, the beach is very close. The hotel is within walking distance to both the old town and Sunny Beach. Nearby there is a beautiful alley to the sea for walks and beautiful views.
the place is close to the old town and the beach, owner is super nice and helpful, room is comfortable and very clean. one of the best hotels I have stayed in this long trip.
wonderful experience.
Nice location, right next to a pedestrian area which let to the Old town. Very clean and big rooms, free parking. Hotel had a gym and a swiming pool - water was a little bit cold (20-21'C)
The ghosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Good location, about 2.6 km to the old town. Parking available. Everything was very clean. Beautiful view to the sea and sunrise.
Excellent beds at the hotel. Perfect food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in hotel, Aquapark entry and hotel bar in Aquapark were included in all inclusive
Location is far from old town and new town which is both good and bad. Prices in the area are less expensive and you get to experience a more local atmosphere.
