The apartment was comfortable and had everything necessary. We have a kid with food allergies and have to prepare all of his food, so a well equipped kitchen is important to us. This kitchen was very good with lots of kitchenware. Ski room had a ski boot heater. Also, had a bunch of boardgames. It was a great stay.

In a quiet location in Flattach, Landhaus Bürse is 8 km from the Mölltal Glacier Ski Area and 600 metres from the stop of the free ski bus. The spacious apartments all have a balcony or terrace overlooking the mountains. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped including things like kitchen cloths or dishwashing liquid/dishwasher tablets, sugar, salt, etc. The communication from the host with the check-in instructions was timely and clear. There was a possibility of self-check-in so it was convenient even if we were arriving late in the evening. The host left us a welcome wine, sweets and a Prosecco for the New Year celebration - it was a very nice gesture! :D And the fireworks show in front of the house was amazing! :) The location is convenient, between the Molltaller glacier and Ankogel so we could ski in both locations after a reasonably short drive. The apartment was warm and cosy. We had very nice holidays in Landhaus Burse and we truly recommend it!

We saw roe deers and pheasants walking and playing around the property. - Location of the house is very close to Lake Klopein (the warmest lake in Europe). - The most important thing is that Neda and Willi are the most frendly, helpful and welcoming people. Neda made our stay very special. We are happy to come back again and definitely recomend this house to anyone looking to visit this spectacular lake in beautiful Austria.

Very comfortable hotel with beautiful views of the lake and mountains. Every detail has been thought through. We have never met such a hospitable family (hotel owners) anywhere. Hotel has its personal access to the lake - it is very important for a comfortable stay on any lake in Carinthia. If you come once you will return with practically 100%.

The house itself is stunning, with spacious accommodations and all the amenities we needed. Additionally, the location couldn’t have been better, offering both convenience and serenity.
