Overall a 10/10 experience. Service 11/10 Staff 11/10 Cleanliness 10/10 One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. Truly, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. My daughter got sick and they helped find a doctor for us and make an appointment. In a foreign country, as tourists where we don’t know the language and how the system works. Very grateful. When is comes to the hotel itself, the beds are very comfortable, the bedding and towels are of the highest quality. The showers are so easy to use and navigate, which is quite rare in hotels and sometimes may take time to figure out. The coffee at the hotel is top notch. Like having a specialty coffee shop right in the hotel (cherry on top). Oh and the complimentary nuts and fruits are SO GOOD. Honestly, they are not there just for aesthetics, they are so fresh and delicious. But what actually made our experience - were the people, the staff. Definitely made the most warm and welcoming first impression of France and the French people.
