Kids pool is also available for guests at the riad. Staff ‘Jamal’ was very nice and friendly. We need to buy some souvenir, but couldn’t find it. He went to many shops with us to ask and help us find it. Massage was also very good. We could easily set the time and it was immediately organised by Jamal. Riad was super clean and nicely decorated. Room was very spacious. Air conditioner is working well.

He took my mum's mobility issues into account and organized a room on the ground floor which was comfortable. On arrival he showed us on a map where everything was and recommended some great restaurants. He organized a hammam visit for us and a taxi to the airport. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The hotel is in a good location within easy walking distance of the palace, the soul and the secret garden.

From day 1 we received all the information we needed and also booked a massage to relax which was really good. The breakfast included a mix of things and they were all good. the comfort of the room, shower etc was exceptional compared to other places that we stayed at. The location is very good, close to the main square and Koutoubia square. It took us a few minutes to find it but we had Internet on our phones and it wasn’t a problem.
